    Upvc window opener jammed

    Fraz completed the job to a very high standard. Quote was very competitive compared to others. I posted job on Saturday afternoon. Fraz contacted me quickly and arranged time for the following day. Arrived on time with tools and parts. Job completed within the hour. Was mindful, respectful and professional.     Glass Replacement

    Replacing 9 blown double toughened glass units and repair 1 window hinge.

    The contractor was okay, except for 1 window seal, which I ordered online and fitted 2 days later myself.The contractor never offered me any after service remedial work if and when needed.Trusting everything going forward will run okay. On the whole satisfactory.

    Fantastic and friendly service

    Fraz responded very quickly to my request and gave me a quote for the work the very next day. He ensured that he only did the work that needed to be done, repairing rather than replacing my door. He fitted a cat flap to my patio doors perfectly. Fraz was friendly and extremely accommodating. He did the work to a high standard. I will definitely use him again. Very highly recommended!!

    UPVC widows wouldn’t open as locks were broken, two windows couldn’t close due to broken hinges

    Faraz called with 15 minutes of job being posted, the other two the job was sent to didn’t even bother. He arranged to view job next morning. He arrived on time, assessed job, provided a reasonable quote which I accepted. He then returned a couple of hours later with parts and now all my windows are fixed. Brilliant job Faraz, thank you so much.

My name is Fraz Ramay, we are based South Birmingham, Hall Green, we cover most of West Midlands, I have been in this business for 2 years, I have full experience in all types of double glazing repair work, before I started this business I learnt my skills with a double glazing firm whom I used to work with until I started my own business.

The type of work we do is all types of double glazing repair, Misted glass unit replaced, Broken glass units, bent hinges, gaps in windows, patio runner rails, window and door mechanisms and locks systems all undertaken.

We can supply toughened, safety, tinted, clear and fire proof glass units.

We also offer 24 hr call out service too.
