    Boiler Service and Landlord's Gas Safety Inspection

    I am so delighted with Ramki’s consistently excellent service. Always knowledgeable and experienced, friendly and professional. The boiler had a problem this time. Jignesh confidently diagnosed the cause, but also took time to fully explain how the various symptoms all helped to pinpoint it, so that I too could fully understand the root cause and options to resolve it. I’m sure many engineers would have simply told me to replace the entire boiler, but I wanted to avoid that, and Jignesh was far more interested in helping than selling a new boiler. I have no hesitation in recommending Ramki.

    Boiler Service and Gas Safety check.

    I had not used Ramki before, but my sister recommended them, so I booked the job with them - especially as they know Vaillant boilers. Dee in the office was helpful and responsive from start to finish. On the day, the engineer Nick was excellent. Friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and experienced. He gave me lots of helpful advice about my specific boiler. He clearly knew well all the other major brands and models too. He arrived bang on time and did a very thorough job. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Very pleased. Many thanks.
