  Repointing of house

Richard and co have completed the repointing of my property. From start to finish these guys are punctual professional and throughly dedicated to their craft. The expertise they bring to the job is outstanding. The guys are extremely hard working and ensure that once the daily work is completed a thorough clean up is completed. Richard always kept us updated on what was required and the best way to go about it. True professionals great value for money can’t recommend them enough. If you need any pointing done get these guys to complete it. You won’t regret it.

First class job of grinding out and repointing

Absolutely first class and extremely professional job of grinding out and repointing a gable end with Lime Mortar. So thoughtful and left things neat and tidy upon finishing every day. I would recommend Richard wholeheartedly.

  Genuine First Class Workmanship!!

I had my whole house repointed and a new damp course put in, and Richard and Johnny were outstanding from start to finish. They’re genuinely some of the most professional workmen I’ve ever come across. Their work ethic was incredible, and they made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. These guys really know what they’re doing — no corners cut, just top‑quality work. I’d happily recommend RAM Property Refurb to anyone.

  Great workmanship

Great communication from beginning to end. The team were very considerate of our neighbours checking in to make sure their windows were closed etc every day. They cleaned up each day as if they'd never been there. Fantastic workmanship, would definitely use again and recommend.

Repointing 2 sides of house, new gutter and fall pipe and damp proofing.

Richard and Jonathan were punctual and got on with the work to a high standard. They explained what they were doing each day and obviously take great pride in their work. Cleared up each day and took care of cleaning the neighbours property as required. Pricing was competitive for quality workmanship. We have already recommended to friend’s.
