Still have the large leak in the back Bedroom. 10 year Warranty plus Certificate promised but not received. They do not answer telephone calls

Having seen that our neighbour's roof had fallen in in their home office to an extent the company offered to do prevention work on ours. I am glad we took the leap of faith to have a dry valley installed as it gives a little more protection than we had against storms etc. Prevention is better than cure. Kieron was extremly hard working and personable and Peter always came back to me quickly and exhibited good customer care. The company were reliable and did what they said. They also are going to come back and clean up afterwards. They also charged a good price for the job. Cheers! A*

Peter and his colleague were courteous and polite. They turned up earlier than expected, but phoned first to see if it was convenient. They removed their shoes when needing to come into the property without being asked. They sorted out a long standing problem I had with the roof which is an immense relief. Peter quoited for the job before it started, so no surprises. It cost a little more than I hoped, but I have no idea of what is involved. Also you get what you pay for and I did, my roof is now water tight and I have a certificate for a 10 year guarantee. I would use them again if I have a job needed within their field.
