  Fantastic service

A Level 3 survey of our home identified significant defects with the roof. We chose R&E Roofing & Property Maintenance Limited to carry out the necessary work. Ross and his team were excellent from start to finish. They kept us informed throughout, completed the work to a high standard, and we’re very pleased with the result. We would happily recommend them.

  Dormer window issue

A reoccurring dormer window issue finally resolved. After two previous attempts had failed with other roofing companies changing lead flashing, facia cladding and various other repairs R&E Roofing found the leak to be coming from the roof above. All was rectified in a few hours, water tested and completed. Thanks to Ross and Ed for all their hard work.

  Knowledgeable roofing company

Eddie and Ross, both knowledgeable in their line of work found an ongoing fault with a chimney almost immediately after previous repair had failed from another company. Faultless from start to finish, very happy with the whole experience.

Outstanding roof repair and went the extra mile – Highly Recommended

I had a leaking roof and R&E Roofing were excellent from start to finish. They identified the issue quickly, explained the work clearly, and the team completed major roof repairs including new felt, battens, dry ridge, and dry verge systems, plus external painting. They were punctual, hardworking, and accommodating. They even helped with a blocked drain and lifting manhole covers at no extra charge. With scaffold inspections and photo updates, they were fully transparent. Ross and Eddie's team are highly professional and recommended.
