Very poor service. He called to give me a quote, promised in a few days. I had to chase this up only to be told, he wasn't able to do the job,as he had accepted another quote.

I would have absolutely no reservations in recommending Rolant to anyone looking for professionalism, attention to detail, and reliability from a builder. Rolant listened and tailored the project to my family specific needs. I found him to be very knowledgeable and experienced. Thanks for your hard work!

Rolant was brought in to renovate our property after we had met with him, covid safe, and gone over what work needs doing. Skirting, lighting, wooden flooring, painting, building a wardrobe, wallpapering, replacing doors all done to an impeccable standard and I would recommend to anyone. He was available for a chat at any time and would always let us know if he needed more information. Would definately use again.

Rolant did a great job in my flat fully redecorating it in preparation for new tenants. He is a great worker taking care of everything and, most importantly for me, he is trustworthy. I would definitely recommend Rolant to anyone.

I arranged a time for a home visit to provide a quotation between the time of 6.30 pm to 7 pm on Thursday 9 July 2020. I rang the company and provided my home address and mobile number as I assumed companies registered on checkatrade are verified, and can be trusted. Unfortunately, Mr Rolant Bicja the owner of the company whom I had spoken confirming the times failed to show up for the appointment. He failed to message or to telephone to inform me. He was also extremely rude when I asked why he had not contacted me regarding the appointment. Highly unreliable service.

He is very thorough and considerate around young people i.E. Making sure areas are kept tidy and keeping noise to a minimum.
