The contractor relied on another specialist that was more experienced with my equipment, they cam together and replaced a part that did not seemed to do the fix so when called out would come and do minor checks and blame the absence of the colleague, to cut a long story short I feel like I was talked out of the warranty and had no sense of liabillity throughout the whole process. We have given up and bought a new unit. Shame, he seemed like a really nice person.

I have used Robbie several times over the years to repair various domestic appliances. Always punctual, honest in his advice and charges a fair price for his work. Quite simply I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Fridge broke down but freezer still working. Needed a look in to establish whether it could be fixed or whether we needed a new fridge freezer entirely. I was swiftly contacted by Robbie who said he could come and have a look at it the following day. He arrived on time as planned, had a look at the fridge and diagnosed the problem within 5mins. Appreciated the additional advice of what type of fridge freezer to get next. Will get Robbie back to carry out the install.
