Paid a five-figure sum for a full roof/chimney overhaul, including £1,500 specifically for chimney rendering and leadwork. Despite a 20-year guarantee, I have persistent leaks. Another professional found the stacks weren't flaunched and the ridge was left unsealed at the chimney, letting water behind the new render. Additionally, the gutters were re-installed crooked, causing a constant drip and damage to the roof below. Lewis has been back once but is now ignoring messages. Avoid if you expect professional standards or a valid guarantee.

Lewis came out to give us a quote for ridge tiles that came off in the storm very polite, not a pushy person. Gave us The option of two quotes which we went for Remove all ridge tiles & cement, Supply and fit a dry ridge system. Very reasonably priced. Lewis carried out the work and did a very tidy professional job. Would highly recommend.

At first everything went well. However when defects appeared with the cladding that are still yet to be addressed, I asked them to fix a corner piece that they put upside down after it had blown off in light wind because it was never properly glued, I was told to find someone else if I couldn't wait when asking when they would come by to fix the corner piece. Several times they have been out to fix broken tiles and other pieces of work that were poorly done, came back for a flat roof and used the wrong size metal and now have a piece of membrane hanging off to protect from water damage.
