The Good: fast, tidy and generally good standard in terms of tiling, grouting. The Bad: should spend some extra moments to complete job correctly like fit tile correctly around socket so that I can actually get the socket back on properly? I mean why not just do it correct in first instance? Didn't use decorator caulk to finish nicely the job, said it is painters job? Door did not fit again as needed trimming, left door on side and didn't mention until I asked VERY BAD: did NOT water check new shower trap connection to existing pipework. We had leak and refused to help with payment to repair

Rica did the work at a weekend to suit me, because he had been initially delayed from the agreed date by a sprained ankle. He briefly pointed out all the reasons why issues with the house made it difficult, then just got on and did the jobs quickly and effectively for the agreed price. I recommend him.
