  Boiler replacement with heating filter, condensate pump and fixing open ended soil pipe in loft.

  Very professional service. Despite sitting on their quote for nearly a month there was no pressure placed on us to decide by R&M. Once the quote was accepted they contacted us and were ready within a week to install. They arrived on time and worked efficiently and to a high standard even staying on beyond the time they were expecting to finish due to a dud fuse in the new boiler. They also discovered the soil pipe in the loft was left open ended by installers of the original boiler and fixed that with us only having to pay for the parts. Very friendly guys and will 100% be using them in future

  Bathroom sink taps jammed and dripping, urgently needed replacing.

  I needed a plumber urgently and called R&M on the recommendation of an acquaintance. M couldn't have been more helpful and went to great lengths to fit me in. R fitted the new sink taps quickly and efficiently and even angled them on the basin, it's the little things that make a difference! He was friendly, polite and there was no mess whatsoever. I can highly recommend them and will be asking them to do my boiler service. Unlike others I have used in the past, they don't rip you off and quite simply get the job done. Excellent.

  New boiler

  Absolutely brilliant service. My girlfriend now has hot water in her kitchen sink and bathroom! I would recommend to anyone. Fast efficient quick service, Ryan the plumber has done the most amazing pipework what a tidy job! Thankyou sooo much.

  Emergency visit to replace two leaky towel radiator valves

  Great firm! I got a v quick and polite response to my plea for an emergency fix for my leaking towel radiator valves. After emailing a photo across, I was quickly fitted in for an appointment, with a rough ETA - Markos arrived on the dot. He had bought spare parts which turned out to be needed, partially drained my system and replaced the leaky valves in under 30 mins - I was expecting it to be closer to 2 hours! Totally professional, really friendly, very helpful and tidy. Top marks on all fronts. I've got their card now and they'd be the first people I'd call with any plumbing problem.

  New radiator and upgraded pipe work throughout the property (2 bed flat)

  Exceptional value, service and professional work. My flat was tidier when Markos and Ryan left than it was when they started (testament to my housekeeping AND their efficiency! I have already contracted them to do additional work throughout my flat. My partner is delighted - and she sets the bar high. Outstanding work and workers. And nice guys to boot!
