  Squeaky stairs

  Meisam came to repair a few noisy stairs in our house. He was reasonably priced, completed the work well, and the issue has now been fixed. We’re happy with the service and would recommend him.

  Replacement of cooker hood's ducting

  Highly recommended, professional builder! I'm delighted with the cooker hood ducting installation. He showed excellent attitude and a strong sense of responsibility. His attention to details is exceptional. On the first day, after drilling the core hole through the external wall, there wasn't enough time to install the vent cover. He used plastic bag yo temporarily seal the hole securely. He returned the very next morning following the installation of the vent cover and the ducting, to finish the rendering and tidy up the brickwork with mortar. A truly reliable and passionate builder.

  Laying down vinyl flooring under stairs cupboard, sealing gaps/entry points behind kitchen units.

  Good experience with Rando. Job was thorough and lots of attention to detail. Easy to contact and communicate with, fair pricing, works late, pleasant and friendly. I was happy with the job and would definitely use services again in future.

  Brick shed refurbishment

  Overall, quality of work was as expected, although some issues with price changes and lack of clarity on how payment would be handled before the start of the job. All of these resolved but the experience would have been much better if the quote was given only after everything had been checked and payment instalments were made clearer at the start.

  Very good service!!

  Amazing service. Very personable and interactive. Went over and above to get the jobs I asked for completed. Was even innovative when dealing with certain issues and everything that was asked for and more has been completed and done with care. I will be hiring him again soon and would recommend.
