Unreliable with zero customer service.
Terrible. Zero concept of any customer service. First appointment they didn’t even show up, I rang at end of day and they said “oops we got the date wrong”, then I had to wait until the following week - and take yet another day off work! Once new boiler was fitted, I was told they would need to send someone to complete aesthetic patchwork where engineer had to widen hole in wall for pipe - was supposed to be this morning, then they changed it to this afternoon - all the while we agreed this had to be completely no later then 3pm as I had to leave for work - no one has show up - AGAIN!

Came for routine check the gas boiler. Upon entering and seeing the boile his first words were "this is too old, will definitely need to be replaced the whole boiler". He did some tests and said CO (Carbon monoxide) was too high. Asked him to show me the readings but he refused, asked him twice why his reader didn't beep and he ignored me. Then I asked him "So the boiler will be changed like you said? When is that happening?" He looked at me and said "I never said that! I have disconnected your pipes so you will have to wait until parts arrive which will take a month" DON'T EVER CALL THEM!SCAM

Boiler filling loop
After 21 days without heating or hot water in this freezing weather, lots of phones-calls, home visits between the housing association and another company, we had the Director from R&O Services Sheldon Reid with two amazing young Engineers (Daniel Bohan & Brandon Ullah coming in to our home and sorted out everything in two hours . Their service is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ . We are so grateful , thanks so much 🙏🏽

Fitting extraction fan
They fitted an extraction fan and wired up appliance but just been told by electrician that the wiring is very dangerous. This was for an electrical safety certificate. Do not use this company for electrical work.

Great service - really professional and personable from both the office staff and the operative. Conducted the LGSR check very quickly and emailed me the certificate as evidence within the hour. Can highly recommend and will certainly use R&O Plumbing again!

Faulty cistern
Had a faulty valve, so water constantly flowing, and a faulty float cup. Called R&O and they were able to accommodate me the following day. The plumber arrived in good time and was able to replace parts and fix the issues in a timely, professional manner. Polite, knowledgeable staff and reasonably priced.
