Excellent all round. Courteous, listened and gave helpful advice about potential solutions. Clean and neat work which addressed the longstanding problems we have had. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

The team were very polite and came on the day at said time. They were tidy and efficient. They installed a new shower promptly and fixed my leaking radiator. However, I noticed the radiator still leaked after they left. I contacted them but it took months for them to come back, including one time when we scheduled them to come but they did not and did not notify me. Finally we were able to schedule them to come back 4 months after to look at the radiator. Unfortunately it is still leaks and I have tried to contact them to come back to look at it a third time but I cannot get any response now.

I needed a shower pump replaced as the old one packed in. I called them on the morning when I needed the work done so short notice. They sent his brother to do the work who called me in advance giving me 15min notice. Dan was very nice lad, completed the work in just over an hour. Extremely happy with the service, will use them again

I cannot recommend Mark enough for refitting my bathroom...I knew it wouldn't be easy due to the standard of the previous owners efforts. It's exactly how I wanted it and more....I could have cried when I returned home from my holiday ...tears of joy at this wonderful new hotel bathroom.  The tiling and precision of everything is spot on....I was frightened to use it. I have to say any concerns at leaving the key and letting them get on with it was a worry...however Emily his partner had reassured me on every detail. They were so tidy...Highly recommended.

Had a big shower problem which meant I needed a new shower mixer installed urgently. Within an hour of posting (out of hours) I was contacted. A replacement was arranged seemlessly, picked up for me and installed the following morning. If I have any plumbing problems in the future I will definitely reach out to these guys first.
