The job was to replace the roof on my elderly mother's house.Price was agreed for the work, 50 % paid up front.The scaffolding went up then Ryan, after some chasing about why the work had stalled, told me the prices had doubled. Although I was initially offered a refund, nothing has happened and I am now pursuing the matter through the courts.

R&r was highly recommended to us for some damp inspections. Ryan turned up on time. Was one of 5 trades men who came to quote. For the work. We felt at ease with Ryan he was easy to get along with and went step by step through the whole job. Prices was very reasonable compared to some. Moon prices we was getting. We chose to go ahead with r&r. And work was started quickly all rubbish was taken away and left very clean. All was completed very fast We can not fault this team. Definitely use them again and recommend to all our friends and family

We rang R&R after been impressed by previous work they had completed nearby. Ryan and his team were very professional and friendly and they completed the work as quoted on budget. Always worked to a high standard and kept the property as tidy as possible, would highly recommend
