Had a guy called James from R&R Roof Repairs of Narberth called this morning to fix and replace a broken fascia board on my bungalow in Carmarthen. . I was really impressed with these guys and were very friendly and top professionals at their job. Although James was a little pushy for doing an extra cleaning job on top of the repair work, he was brilliant. Many thanks guys!! You're the best. Shame the weather was rather bad on the day, but the rain didn't deter them from their job.

Can’t praise this company highly enough. First class service led by James the owner from the first quick response to a leak caused by storm damage through to a complete restoration of a large dormer roof. Very professional service with good communication and workmanship throughout. No hesitation in recommending R&R to anyone. Job well done.

This company is first class and a truly professional company, they have completely re-felted and battened our roof and replaced all the original tiles plus sorted out leaks on our flat roof. I would have no hesitation in recommending R&R Roof Repairs we couldn’t have asked for a better company

Put a new roof on the porch. Took photos and showed me what was wrong and kept me informed of what they were doing. Did the job a few days before Christmas. Not the cheapest firm but were the only ones who actually turned up to look at the problem and offer to fix it. I am very happy with the finished result

R&R completed a full roof replacement for us - a large and in some places a complex roof, with a number of awkward gulleys, and a lot of rotten wood that needed replacing. The price was very competitive, and the whole team were excellent, reliable, tidy, and worked like trojans to complete the job. There were a few snags we found at the end, and these were sorted promptly without issue. We cannot recommend R&R highly enough.

I dealt with James, who contacted me straight away. He visited and gave a quote, but was clear from the offset that the price could go up or down when the slates were removed. They came the very next day and carried out the repair work. James gave us updates as each stage was completed and backed up his advice with photos and videos. I cannot fault this company. The work they carried out was to a high standard. They worked so hard and completed the job the same day. They are professional, courteous, hard working and reliable. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
