Overpriced poor quality
The bathroom was fitted with substandard products. I paid £15k for a loo that blocked a floor that came apart and a shower with a cracked panel. The housing of the lo was badly damaged by plumbers attempting to resolve the blocking problem. I have whatsapp messages from the company that stated I should repair the damage. When I left my review it was removed as the owner stated that he had resolved the issues. No he hadn’t. It was so bad that we had it ripped out and replaced by a reputable company. Be very careful if you are considering using this company.

Complete new bathroom
Paul and the team completely remodeled my bathroom. Bath, sink, toilet and shower excellent job. They hit a few snags but solved them no corners cut first rate workmanship finished the job quicker than expected.

Able to help at very short notice with a complete fuse box and electrical safety and rewire as well as repair and upgrade bathroom in am older property, good comms, trade workers good and reliable, thanks for the work

Bathroom installation
From my very first meeting with Paul were we discussed the problems with my bathroom / leaking through to my lounge ceiling ..I felt he understood exactly the best way forward...he discussed my options clearly without any pressure whatsoever. The work was agreed on ... proformas were sent detailing costs .. then a timetable for the work to be carried out . I was kept informed all along the way .....and the workmen who carried out the actual work were all exceptional.

Bath removal and walk in shower installation
