Called this company for a blocked kitchen drain. The engineer that arrived was very polite and left property in immaculate. Would highly recommend.

Wow. My message wasnt even cold when i had a call back. Price of elements of the job were quoted and told Ollie would call when on his way. I didnt expect the same day. Message sent at 8am and Ollie called around 10.30ish. Kept me updated and made sure knew costings. Drain cleared by 11am. Job discription left with the issues found and sorted. Excellent service and i think a great price. Both people i spoke to were friendly and knowledgable. Thank you for making my nightmare a problem you solved. Ollie and the gentleman i spoke to initally are a credit to the company.

I had an all within a couple of minutes of sending our issue on Friday night and then our drains were fixed on Saturday lunchtime. Nice people and a good service, so would certainly recommend.

Sam came when he said he would, although he discovered the job was bigger than he anticipated he kept me informed at every step and wrote an in depth report on the problem for my landlord. I would recommend Rapid Drains to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much.

Got a response from them within 5 minutes of requesting a call back. Josh and Wayne turned up well within two hours and id a brilliant job clearing my drain. Would defiantly use again and happy to recommend.
