    My 17year old Neff cooker burnt my Sunday lunch to a cinder! The next day I called Rob, expecting to be told I needed a new cooker. He came withing the hour, found , to my relief , it was the thermostat which had failed and by the following Sunday my Sunday dinner was perfect! I would highly recommend Rob, it's rare to find such wonderful service these days, so look no further.

    Oven stopped cooking and we phoned Rapid oven repair they phoned back and we told them about problem and they came within the hour explained that if they couldn't fix oven that there was no charge , proceeded to diagnose the problem which was a broken element and had it fixed within the hour , very polite and courteous and explained everything which he was doing ,would definitely recommend and will use them in future.

    He explained over the phone what he thought the issue was, and explained clearly his prices if something needed repairing, he also explained that if he didn’t fix anything then he also wouldn’t charge. The prices he listed were more than fair as well, well priced services. As it turns out, the oven had both elements faulty, and he recommended a new oven when weighing up the costs, opting to not be paid in place offering honest advice. A genuinely lovely person, very trustworthy, and I will happily call him again. I highly recommend his services.

    I phoned Rob at 9.30am and explained the problem, he arrived at 11.00am as arranged. Rob quickly identified the faulty component removed it replaced it and the oven was back up and running before midday. Excellent service from a real genuine guy, I wouldn't hesitate in recomending him or using him again in the future.

My name is Rob, owner and chief engineer at Rapid Oven Repairs.


I have been invited into people’s homes for over 20 years to repair and service ovens and hobs of all makes and models - gas, dual fuel and electric. I am Gas Safe Registered, fully insured, and manufacturer trained. Not only will I not charge a call out fee, but if I am unable to repair your oven I won't charge you at all!

I carry a large stock of spare parts which enables me to complete the job on the first visit in most cases. I am on call most days of the year, including Sundays and will offer a free estimate with no hidden charges - I'll beat any genuine quote from anyone else.

I provide a professional and friendly service with hundreds of satisfied customers to date.
