Danny was very fast in responding, coming over and giving a fair quote for the work needed. After a few push backs, Danny came and took two days working no later than 1pm both days so complete a small hallway and ceiling, which have been poorly done. He was meant to return 2 months later as agreed because he was going on holiday then cancelled our job to go on a course, to start on the stairwell and upstairs landing but he didn’t show. My points are simple. If my work is messy or I’m untidy why you wanting me back ? The client postponed me several times, not the other way round . I blocked her because she became harassment towards me .

Danny visited site before quoting for the job. We had talked over the phone and via text before he arrived. He was polite & communicated clearly. We discussed & agreed figures and payment before the job was booked. On the day he clearly communicated with me about timings (there's lots of surprise roadworks going on around my town at the moment) and arrived when he said he was going to. He got straight to work. He was happy to chat to me as he worked and I procrastinated over some tasks I needed to do. We had a good laugh and morning went very quickly.
