  Emergency Central Heating Repair

  Started well, ended disappointed

  I was impressed how the job started, the guidance given and the initial visit. Then things changed. I was told a quote would follow the following week. No quote was provided. Over several weeks I chased for a response and eventally I was told they were too busy. I'd much prefer if people would be honest and say when the job is not for them.

  Hi David, We’re sorry our communication after the initial visit fell below expectations. When we attended in mid-September, our availability was better. Electrical work then had to be completed before we could proceed. Once finished, staff illness and an increased workload left us with a lead time of at least six weeks. We should have explained this sooner rather than leaving you to chase us, and sincerely apologise. After reviewing the work, we advised of the likely cost and recommended finding another contractor to assist sooner. We will use your feedback to improve our follow-up process.
