The man fitting the lock was excellent. The communication prior to that re. Ordering parts was less so as they needed chasing up as no date for fitting was arranged.

Came the same afternoon and sorted out 2 doors that had become difficult to open and shut, and then lock. Fixed both doors in under an hour, new mechanisms and handles. Nice guy, just enough chat to engage, and tidied up with a smile. Thanks.
