I have used this company before and this time, as with all the previous call-outs, was smooth and trouble-free. From the initial request for a visit through discussion of the options and costs right through to the professional, friendly and clean work by the locksmith I always felt confident that I was getting a great service at a very competitive price without having to wait or worry. Highly recommended.

Made an enquiry on line, received a phone call within 15 minutes and the locksmith was her within an hour or so so very quick response

Great service from Gary the locksmith who mended our door was very wary with a national call centre again communication could of been better from them but was a good price and all worked out well in the end

The engineer arrived within 4 hours of my call. It took a little while to establish the problem but he obviously knew exactly what he was doing, Unfortunately he did not have the replacement part but ensured the door was secure until he returned to complete the repair. This did mean that I had to pay for two call-out charges but this was explained to me on my initial call. This was my first experience with Keytek and I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service.
