Punctual, sincere polite, respectful of both Mum and Dad’s and my house and all items as if they belonged to their own family. Nothing was too much trouble.Extremely patient, went above and beyond.Moved heavy items up and down flights of stairs without any complaint. They worked constantly without taking any breaks. Thoughtful not to risk damage I hadn’t foreseen, eg by wrapping their own packaging round mine to protect two large fragile ornaments.They even helped me to pack. Wouldn’t let me carry anything.Professional,diligent, hardworking respectful. Will recommend to anyone needing same.

Our experience with this company was exceptional. We were left in an impossible situation concerning the removal of furniture, two days before the new occupiers moved in. I contacted Romeo who arranged to have a van come that morning and within 2 hours a van arrived with 2 men. They were pleasant and very polite. They dismantled the furniture and wrapped things up to protect them very carefully. Communication was excellent whilst the removals took place and they were very careful showing care for the house, even putting a cover on the floor by the front door. An excellent company.
