  Couldn’t fault this company back in 2021 when I had major damage on my bay window on a property I bought, came and diagnosed and fixed the issue within a day. Contacted again in 2024 due to a separate issue arising, been given the run around for 3 days. Consistently having to chase up after the promised arrival time to be given another date and time, response given ‘van was sent at midday’ - I can assure you no one arrived. With more bad weather incoming i’ve been left with no choice to find an alternative company. Very disappointing given great first impression I had.

• Roof felt change

  First Chris came for an emergency repair, as I had leaking problems around an old chimney. He came on the same day as I contacted him what I really appreciate. Disconnected the chimney, removed it then replaced the roof tile. I asked him to give me a quote for a full roof felt change and he gave me a very fair price. Came on the date as he promised and carried out the work in just 2 days. I am really happy with the results. Sent me the pictures and video as I asked for. Highly recommend professional. Thanks a lot

  Rang at noon and was there by 3pm. Cant fault the response time and how quick to fix. On the roof in heavy rain. Would recommend and use again.

  Brilliant service and price After initial contact came out next day for assessment. Work completed week later as soon as weather permitted,great job constant video ,pics updates as work was carried out .Cant recommend these boys enough brilliant service

• Roof leak

  Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with the trader. We had a leak in our bedroom ceiling. Trader came and changed a couple of tiles on the roof which did not fix the issue as rain drops kept dripping from our bedroom ceiling. We paid him cash. We tried to contact him to let him know but he did not respond to us. He also did not send invoice as promised . Very disappointed.
