  Threatening behaviour

  Very concerning experience. I received around 5 missed calls in under 15 minutes and threatening messages whilst the contractor was still on site demanding full payment despite only partial works being completed. He said he would not leave until payment was made and may undo completed works. Distressing, especially as tenants have a newborn baby.

  Well, first of all that’s a lie. You stated you needed your whole bathroom re sealed, which was not the case you only needed your bath re sealed which I done. I even offered to do your whole bathroom which you rejected while I was on site. As for the other issue, your tenant installed your water filter and you were upset that I could not guarantee HIS work. You will find no plumber in the uk that will guarantee someone else work with their public liability. And yes you told me you were not going to pay, I did not threaten you at all I simply called you when you were not answering to avoid pay.

  Prompt and responsive

  Ryan was very prompt to respond and gave me confidence when told me he had dealt with exactly the same problem the previous day. He fixed the initial leak in an upstairs toilet and diagnosed cracks in the bowl. He quickly sourced a replacement toilet and cistern and installed it two days later.. He was very tidy., removing the old toilet and cistern.

  Old shower removed and replaced with a miser tap unit with new rail.

  Ryan went above and beyond, not only completing the job I asked him to but also (after checking with me) replacing some degraded pipes while doing the work. He worked quickly and left the bathroom clean and tidy. Friendly and professional. Lovely job.

  Water Leak Detection

  Excellent service

  Ryan answered my call immediately, we had an emergency,leaking water from a flat upstairs down into a commercial shop. He promptly made himself available attended the site, solved the problem. Kept me informed all the way with video of the multiple leaks. Major damage averted. Professional, prompt response 100% recommended.

  4 new tap installations

  Ryan was very friendly, prompt and efficient. He sourced the products needed for the job. He works well and quickly and is very tidy. He took all the rubbish away with him afterwards. Would def recommend Ryan to family and friends and wouldn’t hesitate to have him again.
