I had a wasps nest between 2 sleepers on raised bed in the garden Duane came in and evaluated the situation and safely ensured that the wasps would be no more after an hour- there was zero activity after that - Duane did say that any activity round the nest in 24-48 hours he would revisit at no cost

Duane has been really thorough with a rat problem in the loft. He has investigated, trapped and removed the rodents quickly and hygienically. He is a clear communicator and a decent bloke to boot.

We used Duane last year to help us with a wasp nest in our attic. Reasonable flat rate with a warranty for reassurance. We were able to book in same week. Duane was punctual, respectful of our property, explained the process and answered my questions. Would recommend.
