What a fantastic team of people.! We needed a variety of different jobs doing and all were completed to a high standard. Communication was great and all staff were really friendly and knowledgeable.

Contracted by the local cricket club to replace a smashed door glass caused by them. Punctual, friendly and polite. Turned up when he said he would and kept me informed about progress of the replacement (delayed due to bank holiday). Once the glass was ready Peter arranged a mutually convenient time to fit it. Arrived as agreed and conducted the work in a tidy, timely, professional manner. Removed all the old glass and tidied up. Can’t fault the work. Can’t comment on cost as I’m not picking up the bill.

Ratcliffe carried out a full custom-made refurb for our basement. This was a start to finish job and included levelling off and laying a new floor, installing a new kitchen and creating custom made cupboards and a media wall for a kids playroom. Communication was always excellent, the level of finishing superb and the team were genuinely great to deal with. I would recommend and definitely use again for future projects.

Peter and his team are absolutely fantastic, great workmanship throughout the whole job, all the lads & Julie are a credit to Peter, very talented individuals and cautious of how the present their work. Highly recommend to anybody who wants fine carpentry & joinery, painting and decorating

Pete and his team are awesome! We've used him twice now for different jobs, once when he had just started out and then we're overjoyed to see he'd been running such a successful business in the intervening years so asked him to come back and quote us for our recent building work. His attention to detail and quality finishes meant we were really really happy with what him and his team have done. Left everywhere really clean and all his team and him were lovely to have around, which makes a stressful job far easier. Thanks Pete!
