Incredible work team was really nice and kind worked well together

Outstanding service from start to finish, there communication through the process was brilliant. They left the property spotless. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use there services again in the future.

We recently moved into a house and the survey highlighted issues with chimney and they provided pictures. We discussed the issue and options with Lewis given that the chimney was not used. We agreed to remove it. The quote was detailed and the job was executed cleanly and to the agreed cost. Additional tiles were required which were not available but Lewis was good to his word and sourced some from a reclamation yard. Very pleased with the work and responsiveness.

I was so desperate with water literally pouring through my extension roof. I had hung on to the Rated Roofing card that had come through the letter box, feeling hesitant to call after a previous difficult experiencing a previous bad experience. EventuallyI caKeith came round our house to assess the damage. He showed photos of previous jobs; which impressed me, then patiently explained works to be done. Lewis was professional, patient and very tidy. All debris were carried out of the property to dispose off. A job well done.

My roof and large chimney have had a number of issues over the years . Last year Rated Roofing completely re pointed the chimney by raking out a lot or old mortar and re- leaded it, preventing damp in a bedroom under it. The latest work was promptly assessed, , the problem found and corrected with an area of new felt, and the roof cleared of extensive moss. All done on time and on budget.

Lewis and his team were efficient, clean, tidy and friendly. The work was undertaken well. Communication was clear and requests were accommodated obligingly. Would happily recommend.
