Sent a query regarding an insect found, whixh looked very similar to the Kissing Bug, which carries a dangerous parasite which causes the potentially fatal Chagas disease. Despite very similar markings, the bug was identified as a rare, but harmless to humans insect. Query was dealt with really quickly whixh put my mind at ease.

Exceptional value for money, they're a small, local company but go the extra mile. They were really cautious when resolving the problem, really easy to talk to and knows what he's talking about. They kept me informed at all times and even fitted a time around me. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend
