  Emergency repair of Hot Water tank while on holiday.

  We recently had a leak in our hot water tank in our 2nd floor flat while we were away from the area. The leak was such that it was leaking into the flat below and into the electrical consumer unit of that flat. Through working with our neighbours we had to arrange an emergency locksmith to get access to the flat to switch off the water and to enable RAW Plumbing to be able assess the cause of the leak. This they arranged quickly and subsequently replaced the faulty tank. Lisa in the office was incredibly helpful and sympathetic throughout and the repair by Roy first class. I highly recommend.

  Professional and knowledgeable local company.

  For the first time, recently used RAW plumbing for the replacement of our radiators and later, servicing our gas boiler. Very impressed with the prompt reply following our initial enquiry and the subsequent detailed quotation received shortly after. Work was undertaken with a team of three and completed within a day with minimum disruption. Some weeks later Roy from RAW did our annual boiler service. Very professional and knowledgeable local company, who I highly recommend .

  Job well done

  Just had a water softener fitted. Really neat job . Came on time and worked right through to completion. Very friendly and tidy , cleaned up taking away all the rubbish and vacuumed as well . Gave us a full explanation on all the workings. Worth every penny.
