Saved me thousands
Brad attended for suspected rising damp. I had a quote for chemical DPC to fix the damp problem and brad was able to come round and not only prove it wasn't rising damp and save me thousands, but also explain clearly why and offer reasonable repairs to stop the damp. Our work covers condensation, penetrating damp, suspected rising damp, ventilation-related issues and moisture-related building defects.
We offer both non-intrusive and intrusive investigations, depending on the level of access required and the nature of the problem.
Non-intrusive surveys are suitable where a visual and meter-based inspection is appropriate, while intrusive investigations can be arranged where opening-up is needed to inspect concealed areas and gather further evidence.
We take a clear, methodical approach to every inspection and aim to follow current best practice when assessing damp and mould-related issues.
Our goal is to help clients understand what is being observed, what may be causing it, and what further action may be appropriate.
