This is the first negative review I have ever written. I'm very disappointed by the poor quality of Ray's work. Ray agreed to redecorate my one-bed flat within 10 days. Over 4 weeks later, there are patches on every wall, ceiling and piece of woodwork unpainted. The filling and prep was completed reasonably well but requires a lot of sanding. There is over-painting from woodwork to wall and vice versa in most areas. There were paint splashes on my brand new oak kitchen worktop and bathroom wall, and my bed frame, chairs and desk, i.e. all my furniture.
