Having purchased an older property in need of considerable renovation we were totally reliant on finding a knowledgeable, experienced electrician who was able to tackle a full rewire and make the house both safe and up to date. Colin provided an excellent service from start to finish which included an initial review and a comprehensive quotation before the works started. The quality of his work is of the highest standard, he is meticulous, tidy, courteous and above all I am in no doubt he has left us with a safe, compliant and much improved house. Contacted Colin initially for advice regarding a couple of old electric storage heaters. After speaking to him we agreed a price for two new replacement energy efficient electric storage heaters and two new smoke alarms that were not up to code. The work was carried out in two days and Colin even came back to advise the smart meter fitter on the apartment block wiring. Colin was excellent from start to finish, prompt, very knowledgable and extremely patience with my many questions. Colin did a fantastic job replacing our old storage heater to a new Quantum HHR one. The heater has already made a massive difference to the temperature of the room. Colin was incredibly easy to deal with and very responsive to enquiries from start to finish. Very professional throughout. Colin is a very thorough electrician and in this situation he was faced with a very complex 1950,s property that had been extended and it needed bringing up to modern standards. He fitted the new consumer unit and checked and replaced wiring and sockets as required. We now feel safer in the knowledge that the house has an electrical system that meets modern safety standards.
