There were problems connecting the cast iron waste pipe to the new enclosed toilet. I assembled the vanity unit and toilet unit which I had purchased from B and Q , as were the Etel taps. Raz is a very friendly and knowledgeable engineer. Raz had too pop out to get various parts and he updated me on what was needed. I was pleased with the workmanship. We ran out of time, but I will be getting him back to move my towel heater and quote for an extraction system. Overall I am pleased with the work done.
