  RB services has offered me a smooth and efficient service from quotation to job completion. As the project is a renovation project, I have used RB now several times to help with the work. The jobs that have been undertaken have been very varied, and we have worked together over the last year. As it is an old building what we find when we start a piece of work can sometimes be unpredictable but RB is always able to suggest alternative solutions, and will fully discuss and explain these through with you, so you can make an informed decision.

• Solving drainage issue on patio

  Having had a cowboy job done approximately 3 years ago, we realised that the damp proof course had been massively breached, and there were obvious early signs of damp on the external wall of our home. We contacted Ryan, and he very quickly came back to us, arranging a time to come and assess the damage. Once agreed, he then came and carried out the work with a colleague and it was brilliant. They showed me what they’d done, they cleaned the patio once finished, and they even washed the wall where the moss had been growing. Can’t fault Ryan at all. Genuinely honest, reliable guy.

• Repointing and slabbing.

  I found Ryan and his team did a really good job on repointing, and painting flats. He did an excellent job, also two lots of pathways on our estate. Really great workmanship and tidy, considerate. We will certainly highly recommend him and use his services again. Everything left clean and tidy.

  Ryan and his team of skilled builders totally transformed our garden space, delivering a higher than expected end result. The whole team worked very well completing tasks that were not originally included within the quote with a can-do attitude, they were all very friendly and professional and house keeping was at a very high standard. We have already provisionally booked them in to complete works in the front garden next year.

  Happy with work completed and used a garage door company to refit roller door, work done, included cutting roof back and 1 foot of concrete to line up with the boundaries. Disposed of very heavy concrete slabs. Thanks to Ryan and the team

• Garden makeover

  Ryan and his team have completely transformed my uneven and weedy garden. I now have a beautiful patio and a lovely artificial lawn. The work was carried out on time and without any additional costs. They were polite and respectful and made certain that they had cleaned and tidied at the end of each day. I would absolutely recommend Ryan for this type of work.
