Work carried out to a good level. Unfortunately, my experience afterwards was disappointing. Having genuinely forgot to pay a £60 invoice within 4 days I missed several calls and received a message saying I was avoiding calls over £60 in a very passive aggressive manner. I made a genuine mistake and instead of a gentle reminder text that would have resolved a misunderstanding I received a completely unprofessional response. It’s a shame as they hoped to carry out more work for me. Good workmanship, but disappointing customer service and communication.

I cannot recommend Rob and his colleague more. We booked RB Jet Wash Solutions for a roof clean and we were amazed by the results. The roof had never been cleaned by the previous owner and we were amazed little nervous what state the roof would be in or how much the guys would be able to clean off, but they were absolutely amazing. We also received a very competitive price as we had checked with at least four other companies who work in our area. The gents worked tirelessly and left the place spotless. If you need jet washing, RB Jet Wash Solutions are the guys to book.

He did a great job

Excellent service from start to finish. They arrived promptly and were very pleasant to deal with. The price was very reasonable especially given the high standard of work. I was really pleased with the result and neighbours have commented on how nice the driveway looks now.

The boys arrived early doors and did not stop until the job was completed. Their work was of a very high standard and they cleared all of the moss they cleaned from the roof and gutters before they left. A very personable team they were a pleasure to employ and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. First class operation
