Reese was very polite and well mannered. He turned up and discussed in further detail the work to be carried out. He was more than happy to take on some additional work we had discovered since originally booking the job, and collected the additional parts from local suppliers. His work was carried out to a high level, and we were more than happy with the end result.

Reese was great to deal with and him and his colleague did a sterling job at a competitive price in next to no time. I also changed the job description before starting so his patience was appreciated. Did exactly what I needed (toilet and cistern replacement), listened to exactly what I requested. Thanks Reese and crew.
