Thankyou Ryan!
Ryan and team worked on my living room and kitchen, damp proofing and plastering. Ryan and team were outstanding from start to finish of the job. The initial interaction with Ryan was fab and he’s extremely knowledgeable and talked me through every step of the progress. Ryan sent daily updates throughout the work which was brilliant. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Ryan and team again for any work needed and would recommend to anyone needing these services. Thankyou so much!Verified reviewerJob location: M29RClaire O10 Damp Investigation

Excellent! Best around!
Ryan and his team are fantastic. The communication was great, he keeps you up to date with everything and gives clear and realistic expectations. The work was of top quality, I just can’t fault anything. We had new fires installed at the same time as Ryan did the damp proofing works and he took the time to contact the fire company to ensure the work he was doing was suitable for the fires I had chosen. The fire installation company also commented they have never seen such good prep work. You can put your full trust in Ryan and team to get the work done to a perfect standard!Job location: CW810 Damp Proofer

Another great job from Ryan & team
I'd previously used RB Plastering and Damp Proofing for some work in my dining room and was very impressed. When I needed damp proofing in the kitchen doing, Ryan did the same great job of fixing the problem. This time, I was having a new kitchen at the same time and Ryan organised the joiner, electrician and plumber to come in after the damp proofing and fit the kitchen, which I'm very grateful for. Daily voice notes and videos kept me up to date whilst I wasn't living at the property and the house was left tidy afterwards. Very impressed with the jobs done again. Thanks.Verified reviewerJob location: BL1

RB Plastering & Damp-proofing Ltd has over 20 years experience in the plastering and damp-proofing industry. I am a CSRT trained damp and timber surveyor and also a qualified damp-proofing technician completed through the PCA (PCAQT). I am qualified to NVQ level 3 in solid plastering and also NVQ level 2 in dry-lining (suspended ceilings and partition walls). The company is a Wykamol approved contractor. Aside from myself I have two full time employees who have both completed, and passed, damp and timber technician training through Wykamol. All rising damp treatment is offered with a 20 year contractor guarantee as standard and I am able to offer insurance backed guarantees through a company called CGS. I am a CITB registered employer.
Areas I specialise in but aren't limited to:
Dry rot
Wet rot
Rising damp
Penetration damp
I have the most up to date equipment available (including thermal imaging) to diagnose the causes and sources of any type of damp in any home. The testing we complete is thorough and in-depth but in my view essential to obtain all relevant information to determine what issues are happening within your home. An inspection will normally take around 60 - 90 minutes to complete and discuss with a customer (possibly longer if a sub-floor void inspection is necessary). A full written report will then be sent via e-mail advising of the findings and recommendations of remedial works if necessary.
