RB Plumbing and Heating responded first to my request for a plumber, within 4 hours. although the date to visit was the following Friday, they fitted me in 2 days earlier on late Wednesday. Their pricing structure was clear explained in original response and seemed reasonable. Rob from RB fixed the leaking pipe and even though time went beyond initial hour (covered by callout charge) he only charged me for the original hour. Problem solved and I'm a satisfied customer who will use RB again if further jobs are required. a good experience and good outcome. thanks Rob!

Rob was reliable and did a good job installing a shower pump in my property which has low water pressure. He was responsive and timely and managed to do the installation in a few hours. The pump works well.

Had a leak under the sink from the stopcock and another fitting, he managed to get to me the same day, fixed all the leaks and replaced some bad pipework.
