Really negative experience of RBPM. Sacked for poor work & broken promises. Communication issues, boss refused to discuss issues and very "unavailable", took weeks to get back to me when I had no bathroom. Lots of issues. Poor building work & poor plumbing. Felt like they were rushing the job. Had to be pushed to repair holes in walls, repairs poorly done, plaster boarding badly applied, uneven, not square. Work clearly not acceptable but boss refused to communicate, accept or fix. Couldn't cope with a delay with the bath. £4k out of pocket and massively regret using them.

I am a Draftsman and do planning applications and building regulation approvals in the Sussex / Surrey & Kent areas . We have worked with RBPM over a number of years on loads of different projects and all the clients are very happy with his work which is always carried out to a high standard . The business is run in a very professional way and i would not hesitate to recommend his company , also when rob is instructed on one of our projects it gives me peace of mind , as i know the customer will be looked after .

RBPM were amazing in assisting me to complete a refurbishment in my en-suite bathroom . I can fully recommend them they are a highly skilled team who take great pride in their workmanship and they are also very tidy . I can now enjoy what they helped me create

Great experience from start to finish. Skilled workers, really well organised, listened to our requirements and ideas and worked with us to come up with a solution. Would recommend without hesitation. Very trustworthy and we are so happy with the finished work!

Highly recommend RBPM. Excellent service from start to finish. Polite, friendly and tidy work to a very high standard. More than happy to have RBPM return for other planned projects.
