Robert kitted my house out with alarms when I first moved in, adjusted them when I got my dog (to ensure she didn’t set them off) and recently he installed security cameras outside - very professional and knowledgeable and helped me decide on the best options to meet my needs. Everything worked perfectly. Would highly recommend him to anyone

I could not recommend Robert more highly - he was extremely responsive and helpful in arranging to install my alarm system, and went above and beyond to try to resolve issues (which were not of his own making) related to my broadband and the alarm. He then came back at short notice to complete the set up. Very knowledgable and gave me clear and practical instructions to use the system. Would not hesitate to contact him again for any alarm/security related issues!

Rob came over to the house first to show us the system he recommended. We then arranged for him to fit a system in both our house and my office. He was punctual and took the old systems away. He also patiently explained how the system works and has been kind enough to take the odd call when we’re not sure what to do.

Rob followed up a query about alarm installation very quickly and arranged to go through options. He really clearly explained what could be included and sent the quote with no hard sell. The communication and quote was a lot better than the company I had been using for several years and it was easy to decide to switch over. Installation day was easy to arrange and he went through where sensors could be placed, even making sure that he could cover what would have been gaps in the paintwork when the old sensors came down. He was very reassuring about any contact if I had later questions

From the start, Roberts called for a quick discussion on the job. He came down, went through the whole alarm. It was a wireless solution, which was exactly what I needed. (Don’t get me wrong, I did my due diligence as I always do, as I am always sceptical. He was one of 3 people I was looking at, and I checked out the alarm system he advised. So, I went ahead with his quote. On the day, he was on time, and he got on with it. The system is app-based and straightforwa but effective. I also have plenty of upgrade options should I ever need. Would I recommend Robert…Definitely!
