  Initial project appeared promising with a plan of works agreed and areas left clean and tidy but deteriorated as work progressed Schedule of works seemed back to front delaying other jobs Various excuses were given for not being on site with promises of future jobs never materialized causing further delays We trusted his experience and knowledge of rectifying damp issues but further problems have occurred and acknowledged by an expert causing us to seek another contractor to carry out remedial work Concerns have been ignored and met with non communication

  R Bradley was recommended by a friend...and completed an extension over our garage....we were very pleased...very reliable...tidy..very polite and professional...we then invited him back to landscape the garden and patio...and at a later date....totally re constructed and block paved the whole front of our house...for 3 cars we have always been very pleased with his work....built to last.....takes pride in his work..

  Russ was a great tradesman. Always on time and was there when he said he would be there. Quality of the finish was fantastic with great attention to detail. All rubbish removed and made my house feel like a complete new build not just an extension. I would highly recommend

  I wouldn't hesitate in highly recommending this team to anyone. The first thing that stood out to me was Mr Bradleys attention to detail and his reliability. Throughout the whole project he never missed a day and kept us informed of daily and weekly events. Mr Bradleys experience was demonstrated when he suggested clever, smarter ways to create the build, which resulted in a far better looking extension and garage. We very much appreciate his teams effort and workmanship. I have already recommended Mr. Bradley to friends and family. Give these guys a call.
