Renovation of an old stone cottage
Jay and his team have completed the job and the results are beyond our expectations. All the tradespeople were not only highly skilled but really wanted to see a good result . Jay has a positive outlook which really helps when you are trying to tie in lots of different jobs.He was always there to answer queries and was unfazed when we changed thing around. Demolition of existing structure, Double extension& single story extension to the property.

Large L shape downstairs extension.
After finding Rbx construction and an initial visit, Jay supplied a detailed reasonable quote and was very patient with ammendments to suit our financial and personal needs. We gave a deposit and probably ended up changing the start date to suit us a few times, in which Jay was very understanding. From start to finish Jay as always kept to upto date with the stages and timescales, providing knowledgeable advice and ideas to help us , of which we have mostly taken on board. Bedroom and ensuite rebuild
We chose RBX Construction after seeing the brilliant work they did for some friends. Structural work and plastering
Jay and his team were great - there was a little bit of uncertainty as to the start date but Jay kept us well informed close to the time despite his holiday. Team were very friendly, respected the rest of our house very well whilst undertaking very dirty work. The only reason I have “knocked a few points off” the tidiness is because there’s quite a lot of clumps of plaster left on our floorboards which is a bit of a shame, but we didn’t specifically ask for those to be protected so it’s probably more our fault really, it’s our first time getting any plastering!
