We're currently halfway through a rear extension and loft conversion with RCB Design & Build, and so far I'm really pleased with how the project is going. From day one, communication has been exceptional - I've been kept in the loop on every single decision, with daily updates on progress across the project. If you're looking for a team that's big on communication and committed to keeping your project on schedule, RCB Design & Build are the ones to go with. Highly recommended, I'll update this review once the project is complete!

We used RCB Design & Build for our kitchen extension and renovation. The project was well organised, the team were skilled and reliable, and the standard of finish is excellent.They handled everything from structural works to the final details exaclty what we want from a principal contractor. Highly recomanded.

Vasi and co did a great job removing the two old student showers and joining them together to make a single bathroom in our house. The work was done to a high standard, but what stood out was the communication. They gave an update of the work performed at the end of each day and we're very responsive to message. This was appreciated as it made me a lot less anxious about the work being done.

From start to finish, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The team is incredibly thorough—every detail of the quote was clearly explained, giving us full confidence there’d be no surprise costs. The workmanship is excellent, and the quality of the finish shows how much they care. Anca (our project manager and co-owner along with her husband) regularly check in to ensure everything runs smoothly. Even with a toddler, the mess was minimal! We’re already planning to have them do the rest of the house!

RCB continues to impress with their professionalism, quality and promptness. Got them to do the planning application including the architect drawings after a disappointing experience with another architect. RCB turned out the drawing in no time and got everything right first time. They are all set to submit the planning application in less than a week. Pleased that I chose them. I am sure they will carry this superb work onto the rear extension as well.
