They've helped me out with a variety of issues from small and silly (items dropped down the sink and a toilet that made odd noises) to serious and significant (total failure of my heating and hot water in the middle of winter) and routine maintenance (servicing a gas boiler, hob, and fire). They are punctual, professional, polite and perfectionist about getting the job done well. Any questions always patiently explained.
