Brad is personable and knowledgeable and initially trustworthy. He completed a small job okay. But when I entrusted him with a larger job and paid nearly £3000 to him in early January the experience couldn't have been more different. No work started, failed to provide proof he' actually purchased materials or deliver. He is now claiming that he'll pay me back in installments in the future and can I not place negative reviews in the mean time. He also seems to go by two names and has declined to confirm which is his legal name - potentially making legal recovery of my money more difficult.
