  Investigation of malfunctioning lounge radiator

  We had a long term problem with a malfunctioning radiator. Richard responded promptly to our request for help His investigations finally led to the radiator being replaced All his work was carried out efficiently and tidily and we are now enjoying a fully functioning heating system

  Replacing a faulty system filter.

  Richard was very punctual, friendly and professional. He removed the faulty filter, and despite having to replace some excisting,difficult to access pipework, he managed to do this with a smile on his face!! When finished, Richard left the work area spotless. I would, and have, definitely recommend RCP Plumbing and Heating to family and friends.
