Very good job.

Removal of old plasterboard, installing new damp proof protective sheets to walls, covering with new plasterboard, plaster skim, replacement of rotten window ledges and window seat and replacement of skirting boards. All work covered by a 10 year guarantee. R C Property Care (Rob and Jason) were friendly, professional, courteous and very hard working. They arrived when they said they would, went above and beyond in answering any queries we had and involved us in any decisions that cropped up along the way. We would not hesitate to recommend them - a first rate company in our opinion.

The team arrived as planned and scaffolders too. Work started promptly and they explained what they were doing at each step. Internal walls were stripped back and cavity wall exposed and opened up to remove bridging materials which were partly causing the damp. An internal membrane was installed, the walls were plastered. Externally, the rendering was removed on the problem wall, part of the cavity wall was rebuilt, new window lintels were installed with new drip trays to replace the old brick-built lintels. Large cracks now exposed were tied together and the whole wall had new cavity ties.

Outstanding. This is a wonderful, skilled and hard-working team. Paul came to survey the problems picked up by our purchasers' surveyor and recommended action. Very knowledgeable and reassuring about woodworm and damp treatment. Although their work was booking into October Rob fitted us in within a week or so. Jason and Luke arrived 8 am for the morning's work. They were still here at 6.45 pm (clearing spray foam left by a previous company) and took the remains away. Cheerful and positive throughout. Amazing. A gem of a company and worth every penny! Thank you, Rob and team.

Problem of water seeping in, cleared most using dehumidifier. Just needing that all was dried. Arrived on time, polite listened to all I had to say. He looked about, but had been quite hot!! Suggested a treatment, for exterior wall. The exterior painters arrived on time, pleasant . Made sure everything was covered as thick glutinous paint doesn’t come out if accidentally spilled. Checked with the boss over one particular section, which was included. Both happy and pleasant to speak with.
