So Richard arrived on time to do a survey of my detached garage. After some good ideas and suggestions from Richard. I received a quote for the works to be completed the same evening. The quote offered included all parts & labour. It was very reasonable compared to other quotes. A date was agreed to begin the work. For a second time Richard turned up on time and the day that was agreed. Richard started work in a very hot and humid day. He worked all day until the job was completed.
