  Will be making a claim as the retaining wall I built wasn't built correctly and was 250mm out from one corner to another. I have given Raj plenty of opportunities to come back and rectify the issue but says he can't come back within next 11 days before the plasterer starts rendering. Surely as a paid customer you with find a few hours to sort it and make the customer happy. I've even knocked the out of line wall out and it is ready for relaying. I gave him three options which I thought was reasonable. Come back and relay the wall. Give me some money back or make a claim?

  Contacted us after posting our job. Arranged to come round to discuss and do a quote. Very good price and showed the breakdown invoice for materials, so knew exactly what we were paying for. Stayed in contact to make sure everything was still good our end for the start date. Turned up bright and early, very pleasant and easy to get along with clean and tidy. A good all round experience ????
