I had a great experience with Rick today. He replaced the front door mechanism efficiently and expertly. From the moment I got in touch, communication was clear and responsive. Called Richard in the afternoon about house keys being stolen and he kindly agreed to come out that evening to fit new locks to put my mind at rest. Very neat workmanship and good advice about extra keys to be cut.

Jammed external doorlock was sorted quickly and both the locking device and door alignment were adjusted. Moving metal parts were treated with an aerosol spray to maintain free movement. Site was cleared and left tidy. Rick was a pleasant, friendly workman and I would have no doubts about requesting him again.
